Polymer80 76% "Bridge Frames" – Build Your Own Pistol

Continue your home-build journey with the Polymer80 76% Frame, commonly known as the "Bridge Frame." These pistol blanks are designed to be compliant with ATF regulations while still allowing enthusiasts to construct their own custom handgun at home.

Available in compact (PF940C / G19 compatible) and full-size (PF940v2 / G17 compatible) configurations, these frames feature the same aggressive grip texture, extended beaver tail, and ergonomic improvements that have made Polymer80 the industry leader in polymer pistol frames.

What is the Difference Between 80% and 76% Frames?

The 76% Bridge Frame requires more machining than the legacy 80% frames to remain compliant. Key differences include:

Honeycomb Webbing: The rear trigger housing pocket is filled with a polymer honeycomb grid that must be carefully milled or cut out.

Additional Material: There is extra material in the front locking block area that requires removal.

Drilling Requirements: Pin holes are not started, requiring the use of a jig for precise alignment.

Compatibility & Parts

Once machined, these frames are compatible with standard Gen 3 Glock® components. You can finish your build using widely available aftermarket slides, barrels, and lower parts kits found in our Handguns section.
