A perfect partner to our lowers, this DPMS complete AR-15 upper is ready for your next build. This complete upper features a fixed front sight base (FSB), a Magpul MBUS flip-up rear sight, and the classic DPMS polymer round handguards. With a 16" barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO, it’s a great choice for anyone building an M4 clone.

These DPMS uppers come fully assembled with forward assist, dust cover, bolt carrier group (BCG), and charging handle, so they are ready to go right out of the box.

Details

Barrel: 16" chrome-moly vanadium barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 1:7" twist, M4 barrel extension, and a carbine-length gas system. The A2-profile barrel is finished with phosphate and ships with an A2 flash hider. The barrel uses an .750" diameter low-profile gas block and pairs with the DPMS classic polymer M4 handguard.

Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper, machined to MIL-SPEC and hardcoat anodized in black for durability. Features M4 feed ramp cuts and is manufactured in the USA.

Bolt Carrier Group: Shot-peened, mil-spec Carpenter 158® steel bolt. Gas key is secured with Grade 8 fasteners and staked per mil-spec. Carrier is full-auto profile and phosphate coated.

Each upper is assembled to order and test-fired by DPMS. If you experience any issues, please contact DPMS directly. Units are received sealed from DPMS and shipped to customers in the same sealed condition.
