Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  1. You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.
  2. If you are local or just in our area the TM store front is a great way to meet some of the staff, see what we're about and pick up some gear. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Tactical Machining is not responsible for any typographical errors in pricing and in the event of a typographical error the money paid towards the product will be refunded and the customer contacted. Promotions are subject to change regardless of the dates posted on the promotion. We are responsible for making sure that we can fulfill our end of the bargain and reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time. In the event of a promotion being canceled no rain checks will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. It is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hours; however, in the case of heightened sales activity, like the holiday season and/or market fluctuation, orders may take 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund or credit on the item.
  2. If your order contains a stripped lower receiver, there may be an extended period of time needed to process your order as a Federal Firearms License (FFL) is required for the transfer. If you don't have a local dealer that you deal with, you can look for one locally at fflgundealers.net. Once selected, please have your dealer forward a copy of their FFL to ffl@tacticalmachining.com at your convenience so we can process your order.
  3. Any order placed on our website that is over $500 USD will require a signature when being delivered. However, all orders on stripped lower receivers will require a direct signature when being delivered to your selected FFL dealer. Stripped lower receivers will be shipped via FedEx or UPS only.

Tactical Machining products are controlled by the U.S. Dept of Commerce under Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the U.S. Dept. of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, in accordance with 22 U.S.C. 2778-2780 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR parts 120-130) and may NOT be exported without proper licensing.
  6. To make a purchase from Tactical Machining, you certify the following is true:
    • • You are a permanent resident or US citizen, nor have you renounced your citizenship.
    • • You have never been convicted of a felony.
    • • You have never been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
    • • You have never been convicted of a domestic violence crime misdemeanor.
    • • You have never been committed to a mental institution or adjudicated as mentally defective.
    • • You are not currently under a court order restraining you from stalking, threatening, or harassing a child or an intimate partner.
  7. You authorize Tactical Machining to send emails, text messages or other forms of electronic communications to the contact information you provide.
  8. When purchasing through Tactical Machining, you may be asked to submit information relevant to your transaction, including but not limited to credit card information, billing address, and shipping address.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the guidelines below for our return policies and procedures.


General Policy

  1. All items must be returned within 30 days and be in new, unused or unaltered condition including all packaging contents. A 10% restocking fee applies to orders being returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as blem), or custom engraved/laser etched items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  2. Tactical Machining will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery, and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship your order. Never ship us an FFL item ie a stripped lower receiver. IF we authorize a return, the item can only be shipped to us from another FFL at the customers expense.
  3. Tactical Machining reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of item(s) or errors in the product or your order. Tactical Machining also reserves the right to cancel your order if an illegal or unauthorized transaction is suspected.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Orders being exchanged or returned to store credit will not be charged a restocking fee. To ensure your exchange is handled properly, please contact us at 386-490-4464. If you don't have an account with us, please go to the Contact Us page and email us.


Warranty

  1. If for any reason you have a warranty issue with one of our products, please contact us at 386-490-4464. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide warranty work if your items have been altered by you or anyone other than Tactical Machining from their original state. Contact Us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
  2. Please describe your situation, include your name and order number. One of our technical specialists will then review your claim and contact you within 3-5 business days.
  3. If you have images to send, please email them to sales@tacticalmachining.com and include your Order number in the subject field.

Damaged Items

  1. In regards to claims dealing with damaged or blemished products we ask that you please go to the Contact Us page and email us for review within 72 hours upon receiving the shipment.
