Cover Fabric: 50% Nomex 50% Kevlar Twill fabric - Durable Water Repellent Finish - Fire Retardant

Lining: Glass Fiber Cloth/Net - 0.035" thick - 4 layers - Maximum temperature: 500°F (260°C)

Thread: Spun Aramid Kevlar Thread

These covers can be applied to either wrap suppressors or hand guards and are primarily designed to reduce heat transfer and thus mirage. They also drastically reduce possible direct skin contact with hot surfaces to reduce severe burn wounds. We do caution the user to handle these hot items during and after use with extreme care to further reduce the chance of severe injury, and it is ultimately the user’s responsibility.

SIDEWINDER - Wrapped Bungee: Our best solution and marriage between the Velcro & Laced Bungee, eliminating the use of any tool, while it still offers almost the same tight fit as the Laced model, but has the advantage of an easier interchangeability.
